WTB GPU under 20k with warranty

Looking to purchase a GPU for a tech dummy friend.
Budget approx 20k
Should be under warranty with bill.
Location - Kerala
 
Any specific reason to not look for NVIDIA instead.?

Nvidia is fine too. My monitor is 1440p, so I am assuming that the12 gb vram of 6700xt will be of benefit in some some titles. Looking forward to play uncharted pc and ghost of Tsushima
