Queen Maxima of the Netherlands was photographed wearing a pair of Gianvito Rossi pointed-toe pumps while attending an event at the Lab6 facility in Amsterdam. Spotted alongside Queen Letizia of Spain, the two partook in the visit to learn more about the lauded center that supports mental health for young people, continuing their recent trend of wearing timeless elevated shoes for special occasions.
This isn’t the first time Queen Maxima has chosen monochromatic pumps as her go-to for royal events. Earlier this month, she attended the launch of Amsterdam Stagepact MBO at Capital C wearing all-leather deep navy blue pointed-toe heels that were estimated to have a slim 3-inch stiletto heel.
On Wednesday, Maxima and Letizia were spotted coordinating in pumps at a ceremony welcoming the Spanish royals at the Royal Palace of Amsterdam. Queen Letizia was seen in a pair of Carolina Herrera slingback pumps with beige leather uppers and a mid-sized stiletto heel.
