Flogas chases customers through the courts for more than €300,000 in unpaid energy bills

More than 30 judgments against consumers and businesses secured so far this year as energy costs remain high

Flogas, the energy provider owned by Irish distribution giant DCC, has secured dozens of judgments against consumers and businesses so far this year for unpaid bills, as it leads the sector in its pursuit of debts.

It has secured judgments totalling more than €300,000 in the first three months of the year, with the amounts ranging from €1,400 to €26,000.
