Early Sunday morning, Salman Khan's residence in Mumbai's Bandra neighbourhood was the scene of a shooting incident involving two attackers on a motorbike. New CCTV footage shows both suspects equipped with backpacks and wearing caps. One is dressed in a white t-shirt, black jacket, and denim trousers, while the other sports a red t-shirt and denim.

The release of the CCTV footage has intensified the investigation as police work to identify and apprehend the suspects. The local community and fans of the actor are understandably shaken by this brazen act of violence, which marks a serious breach of security in one of Mumbai's typically safer areas.

The police, who also recovered a motorbike suspected to have been used in the attack just over a kilometre from the actor's home, have stepped up their efforts to find the attackers. They have released images of the two men from surveillance footage that captured them firing at the actor’s house.

A First Information Report (FIR) has been filed under the charges of attempt to murder and violations of the Arms Act against the unidentified assailants. The attackers, believed to be connected to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, fired four shots outside Galaxy Apartments, where Salman Khan lives, and then fled the scene.

This shooting follows a previous threat against Salman which surfaced in March of last year. An email was sent to his office, and in response, the Mumbai police filed a complaint against gangsters Lawrence Bishnoi, Goldy Brar, and another individual. They were accused of criminal conspiracy, criminal intimidation, and acting with common intention.
