A witness whose videoed statement was recorded and shared by garda killer Aaron Brady was warned he'd be "dealt with" and his family would "get it" if he testified against him.
The Special Criminal Court today also heard how several witnesses were intimidated by associates of Brady in the lead up to the capital murder case with one man told he would "be killed" if he gave evidence.
