In VST Industries, veteran investor Radakishan Damani bought 2.33 lakh shares, or a 1.51 percent stake at an average price of Rs 3,689.96. Damani, who held 32.89 percent stake in the company as of December 2023, bought shares worth Rs 86.25 crore. This sale has increased his stake to 34.4 percent.
In January, Damani had acquired 1.44 percent stake in the company, which took his shareholding to above 30 percent mark and made him the largest shareholder in the company as the promoters held 32.16 percent stake.
Meanwhile, HDFC Mutual fund sold 3.3 lakh shares in the company at Rs 3,690.23 per share. HDFC Mutual Fund sold 2.15 percent stake. They held 5.84 percent stake til December 2023 as per shareholding data.
Shares of VST Industries fell 0.43 percent to Rs 3,687.35 on the NSE.
In Eureka Forbes, North Star Opportunities Fund VCC- Bull Value incorporated VCC Sub fund bought 10 lakh shares, 0.52 percent stake at an average price of Rs 468.02.
Eureka Forbes' stock rose 3.75 percent to Rs 480.05 on the BSE.
In Pratham EPC Projects, Craft Emerging Market Fund PCC- Citadel Capital Fund sold 1.32 lakh shares, or a 0.75 percent stake at Rs 154.93 per share.
Shares of Pratham EPC Projects surged 20 percent and hit upper circuit at Rs 163.5 on the NSE.
Marksans Pharma saw Massachusetts Institute of Technology picking 66 lakh shares, or a 1.46 percent stake at an average price of Rs 158.
Marksans Pharma stock fell 4.14 percent to Rs 156.10 on the NSE.
In Capacite Infraproject, Valiant Mauritius Partners Offshore bought 5.71 lakh shares at Rs 306.42 per share.
Shares of Capacite Infraprojects rose 1.32 percent to Rs 299.2 on the NSE.
