Bandhan Bank shares drop 2.54% as Sensex falls

Shares of the Bandhan Bank Ltd. traded at Rs 178.3 on BSE at 01:14PM (IST) on Monday, down 2.54 per cent. The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 173.45 and a high of Rs 272.0.

Earlier in the day, the stock saw a gap down opening.

At the prevailing price, the stock traded at 9.63 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs 18.52 per share and 1.61 times its book value, as per BSE data.

A total of 1,158,120 shares changed hands on the counter till 01:14PM (IST). The stock commands a market value of Rs 28730.54 crore and is part of the Banks - Private Sector industry.

The scrip has been an underperformer , down 13.02 per cent in the past one year in comparison with a 23.06 per cent gain in Sensex.

During the day, the stock moved between Rs 181.75 and Rs 177.35.

Promoters held 39.98 per cent in the company as of 31-Dec-2023. FII and MF ownership in Bandhan Bank Ltd. stood at 34.74 per cent and 9.63 per cent, respectively.
