Three vehicles crash, one overturns, after driver runs stop sign near Hope Mills

State Highway Patrol troopers are investigating a crash involving three cars that happened after a driver ran a stop sign.

The crash happened just after 1 a.m. on Saturday morning at the intersection of Elk Road and Gillespie Street near Hope Mills.

One car had damage to its front end, and another was overturned on its side.
