The Connecticut Office of Policy and Management is required to submit an annual report to the Criminal Justice Commission annually. This report analyzes the charges and cases disposed of within a calendar year across the state and reports on system metrics capturing a portion of prosecutorial involvement over the duration of these cases.
This year’s report looks at the Connecticut Judicial Branch’s 2022 charge disposition and case data (the most recent available).
