Phil Foden limped off during Manchester City's 3-3 draw with Real Madrid in midweek, but there isn't too much concern.

The England international scored a wonderful goal at the Bernabeu before being taken off by Pep Guardiola in the 87th minute.

However, there is hope he's avoided any serious injury and should be back in contention for City sooner rather than later.

Foden was on the receiving end of a heavy challenge near the end of the game and limped off to be replaced by Julian Alvarez.

The versatile forward appeared to be unhappy to be coming off, but it was clear that Guardiola wasn't taking any risks.
