Three of Harry Kane’s kids have ‘lucky escape’ as they avoid injury in car crash

Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane's three eldest children were taken to hospital following a car crash in Germany.

Thankfully for the 30-year-old, daughters Ivy and Vivienne - seven and three - as well as Louis, three, avoided any injuries in the three-car smash.

German news outlet Bild report the incident occurred on Monday - the day Kane travelled to England to face Arsenal in the Champions League quarter-finals.

It has been said that Kane's kids were travelling in a a black Mercedes Vito, where a Renault collided into the vehicle as it turned onto a motorway slip road.

The Renault then collided with a Land Rover, with an ambulance quickly called to the scene.

Three of Kane's kids were rushed to the hospital following the crash, with his youngest child Henry, seven months, and wife Kate not believed to have been in the car.

A spokesperson for the England skipper said. "There was a crash, but the kids are fine, and none were injured.

"No injuries at all. They went to hospital for a routine check-up."

Meanwhile, firefighters say the trio were 'really lucky' to avoid any injury.

Daniel Buck, the Hohenschaftlarn Volunteer Fire Department chief, told BBC News: "The cars had a lot of damage - all of the cars.

"The first thing that we were seeing was a lot of injured people from all the cars.

"The good news was nobody had really strong injuries, more minor injuries, like they have pain in the neck from the head up, normally typical for a car accident.

"Thank God nobody was really injured. It was really lucky for all the people."

Just one day after the incident, Kane was on target on his return to north London, where he scored from the penalty spot in the 2-2 draw at Arsenal.
