Kolkata, April 12 (Udaipur Kiran): The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has arrested two accused, including the mastermind, in the Bengaluru’s Rameshwaram Cafe blast case from near Kolkata, the capital of West Bengal. The two have been identified as Abdul Matheen and Musavir Hussain Sajib. They are also accused of being associated with the notorious terrorist organization ISIS.

The NIA said on Friday that both the accused, Abdul Matheen and Musavir Hussain Sajib, are originally from Karnataka. The Telangana, Karnataka and Kerala police also helped in their arrest along with the West Bengal police. The NIA says that both were active members of ISIS and were hiding near Kolkata to dodge the security agencies. Of these, Musavir Hussain Sajib was involved in transplanting the ID in the Bengaluru blast case and Abdul Matheen planned the entire blast. After carrying out the incident, both escaped and came to Bengal. They are being interrogated.
