Cargojet shareholders approve all proposals at annual meeting

Cargojet Inc. (TSX: CJT), also known as the Company, has disclosed the outcomes of the voting from its annual shareholder meeting, which took place today at its headquarters located at 2281 North Sheridan Way, Mississauga, Ontario.

The shareholders approved all proposed agenda items, including the election of the following director nominees, each receiving substantial support as indicated:

• Dr. Ajay Virmani: 7,860,219 votes for (96.60%), 276,766 votes withheld (3.40%)
• Arlene Dickinson: 7,581,219 votes for (93.17%), 555,766 votes withheld (6.83%)
• Mary Traversy: 7,582,038 votes for (93.18%), 554,947 votes withheld (6.82%)
• Paul Godfrey: 7,017,688 votes for (86.24%), 1,119,297 votes withheld (13.76%)
• Brian Levitt: 7,504,513 votes for (92.23%), 632,472 votes withheld (7.77%)
