We’re so close, so close to good weather. My parents have been calling me and telling me it’s already hitting 80 degrees in Georgia. My dad has been kayaking every weekend. Here in New York City, I’m going stir crazy in a shoebox apartment. We just had our first beautiful spring weekend, and now I’m feral. I cannot wait to get outside. I don’t have an outdoor space, though. So instead of lounging on my deck sofa/sectional or eating al fresco, I’ll have to pack a bag and head to the park. That or I’ll have to do some camping. I’ve already got my Danner boots and YETI cooler ready to go. I just need some extra gear.
For camping, climbing, fishing, and whatever else you get up to in the great outdoors, no brand beats Patagonia. Yvon Chouinard’s environmentalist brainchild is the best place to grab backpacks, rain jackets, down jackets, and duffel bags.
So, you and me, reader, we need to hit this Patagonia sale. If you keep up with the marketing, you’ll see that the sale technically ended last week. But since I’m your sales watchdog, trust me when I say this: A lot of the deals are still there. You can still score up to 50 percent off top-selling pullovers, shorts, and accessories. It’s incredible. Just hit the Patagonia Web Specials section and get cooking. If you need inspiration, here are some of the best deals.
