BPM Partners, renowned as the premier independent authority on business performance management (BPM/CPM/EPM), and BARC, a leading analyst firm specializing in data & analytics and enterprise software, have unveiled their collaborative initiative to publish a new research report offering an updated perspective on the 2024 CPM market landscape. This comprehensive endeavor will amalgamate insights from two prominent surveys within the domain: BPM Partners’ 2024 BPM Pulse and BARC’s The Planning Survey 24.
Under the guidance of BPM Partners’ founder and CEO, Craig Schiff, and BARC’s head, Dr. Christian Fuchs, the respective teams will conduct a joint analysis of the combined dataset. By merging these datasets into a single report, an unparalleled overview of the market will emerge, spanning diverse demographics. This research endeavor aims to furnish invaluable guidance and benchmarking data for organizations embarking on their own performance management ventures. Additionally, vendors stand to gain insights into the usage patterns and requirements of their clientele and prospective customers.
“The BPM Pulse is the longest running survey of performance management customers and prospects. Combining its results with the BARC Planning survey, the largest survey of planning customers in the world, will create a broad and deep set of data to analyze.” said Craig Schiff. “We are excited to work with BPM Partners on this joint research project to provide new levels of understanding and value to end user organizations and vendors around the world,” said Dr. Christian Fuchs, Head of Data & Analytics Research at BARC.
While data collection for the BARC Planning Survey 24 has concluded, the 2024 BPM Pulse survey is currently open for input. End user organizations are encouraged to participate by taking the survey here: [2024 BPM Pulse survey link]. By contributing, organizations can lend their voices to this pioneering research endeavor. As an incentive, respondents will receive both the BPM Pulse results report and a gift card for their valuable participation.
