Jurgen Klopp has confirmed that Trent Alexander-Arnold and Diogo Jota are back to 'really properly training' for Liverpool.

The Premier League and Europa League chasing Reds have been without the duo since February as a result of their respective injuries.

Alexander-Arnold was substituted at half-time in their 3-1 win over Burnley due to a knee issue and hasn't played for the club since.

Their following game against Brentford saw Jota also suffer a knee injury and Klopp said he could be out of action for months.

However, it seems as though both players could soon make their returns to the side as their boss delivered a positive update on their fitness.

"We will have to see that," Klopp said if the duo, along with Alisson, will feature against Atalanta in the Europa League quarter-finals, live on talkSPORT.
