Thomas Cook (India) Limited, a leading omnichannel travel service provider, alongside its affiliate, SOTC Travel, has formed a partnership with the Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board to introduce exclusive aerial tours to Adi Kailash & Om Parvat, known as Dev Bhoomi. These tours, which span over five days, offer a unique spiritual helicopter journey at the enticing price of Rs. 90,000.00, with subsidies provided by the Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board.
According to data from Thomas Cook and SOTC, there’s a substantial year-over-year growth of 100% in interest for Spiritual Tourism. Although pilgrimages to Adi Kailash/Vyas Valley have consistently attracted a significant interest among Indians, challenges such as limited visiting periods and difficult terrain have hindered accessibility. The introduction of these special aerial tours aims to enhance accessibility to these spiritual sites, thereby broadening the prospects of spiritual tourism within the country.
This spiritual journey offers an extraordinary opportunity for travelers to partake in darshans at the revered Dev Bhoomi from a distinctive aerial viewpoint. The tour includes helicopter and ATV (All-Terrain Vehicle) transportation to maximize the comfort and convenience of the pilgrims.
Mr. Rajeev Kale, President & Country Head – Holidays, MICE, Visa, at Thomas Cook (India) Limited said, “We are honoured to partner with Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board to introduce exceptional aerial tours to Adi Kailash & Om Parvath, offering our customers an enriching spiritual experience. Our aim is to redefine spiritual tourism in India, by unveiling hidden gems /sacred sites while also ensuring accessibility.”

Our partnership with the Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board to launch aerial tours to Dev Bhoomi (Vyas Valley) offers both – helicopter and temple darshans, also ATV transportation across mountainous terrain.
