Mr. Jitendra, hailing from a Commerce background, brings with him over 16 years of valuable experience acquired from esteemed establishments such as Renaissance Mumbai Covention Centre Hotel (The Westin Powai Mumbai Lake), Jaipur Marriott Hotel, Fairfield by Marriott Coimbatore, and Indore. His most recent role was with Courtyard by Marriott Raipur, where he showcased remarkable proficiency in Food & Beverage operations. Notably, he excelled in forecasting, budgeting, ownership handling, and orchestrating successful relaunches of key outlets. Renowned for his fervor in enhancing dining experiences and driving operational excellence, Mr. Jitendra’s tenure across India has been characterized by an unwavering pursuit of perfection and a dedication to creating lasting memories.

In his new role as Director of Food and Beverage, Mr. Jitendra will oversee all F&B operations, curating immersive dining experiences that mirror our commitment to quality, creativity, and guest satisfaction.
