Hailing from Massachusetts, Elena’s affinity for travel and adventure was ingrained in her from an early age, nurtured by her upbringing as the daughter of a pilot. This upbringing instilled in her a deep-seated love for exploring new horizons, particularly those set against the backdrop of the sea. After earning her degree in Theatre and Criminal Justice from Long Island University, Elena heeded her true calling, embarking on a journey within the hospitality realm.

Her journey in hospitality commenced in New England, where she flourished in luxury hotel management. Yet, fueled by her yearning for warm climates and oceanic escapades, Elena eventually found herself drawn to the allure of the yachting industry. Over the course of the last 12 years, she has immersed herself in every facet of yachting, progressing from roles such as 2nd Stew to Chief Stew, and later assuming the position of project manager for a year-long refit of a 130-foot vessel. Subsequently, she ventured into Crew Placement and Charter Management, traversing various yachts in her pursuit of excellence.

As the Charter & Yacht Manager at Nautical Yacht Charters, Elena leverages her extensive repertoire of knowledge and experience to deliver unparalleled service and indelible experiences to our clientele embarking on Fort Lauderdale yacht charters. From tailoring bespoke luxury yacht charters to assembling the ideal team for each onboard role, Elena is committed to enhancing the shared memories of friends and families.

Beyond her professional commitments, Elena finds fulfillment in cultivating industry connections, partaking in boat shows, networking endeavors, and contributing to her community through volunteer work. An impassioned singer, Elena frequently shares her musical talents throughout the South Florida region, further enriching the vibrant tapestry of her surroundings.
