Jurgen Klopp’s Anfield legacy will be seriously tarnished if Liverpool throw away this Premier League title.
What promised to be his crowning achievement is in danger of becoming his bitterest disappointment. Attempts to portray Klopp as a ‘nearly man’ have been unfair. In their two narrow league title losses Liverpool worked wonders to keep the races so close. It required superhuman Manchester City efforts to repel them.
