Irish insurance brokers have lived through a consolidation goldrush in recent years, but one of the sector’s last remaining large independent brokers believes that the big offers and huge paydays are over.
Tim Dooley – whose family business was started by his father in 1957 – has no regrets about turning down a number of offers in recent times to buy his business.
