The facade of the wrap-around porch, dormer and wood siding with brick accents makes the Parfait (500-24) a beautiful ranch-style home. It has 1,615 square feet of living area packed with open spaces and extra touches. It is moderately narrow and would work most of the lots today.
Up the front steps is the entry into the Parfait. The slope-vaulted formal living room is on the left. It has semi-circle of windows that bathe the room with natural light.
To the right of the entry is the walk-through kitchen and nook in the front. The kitchen has a corner walk-in pantry and a large window facing the front yard over the sink.
An eating bar faces the family room. The nook is in the front of the home and has the utility room opening off it. Beyond the sink in the utility room is a door leading to the two-car garage.
The family room is a long, spacious room with three windows and a door overlooking the backyard. It acts as a divider for the bedrooms. On the right side of the Parfait are bedrooms 2 and 3.

Bedroom 2 is a basic room with a wall closet and a large window in the rear. Bedroom 3 can act as an office or as a bedroom for a student. There is a built-in desk, wall closet and a large window for light.
Between the two bedrooms is a full bath with a tub and a single sink.
The master suite is on the left rear corner. It has beautiful French doors opening onto the rear deck. The French doors have accent windows on each side.
The master bath has a tub and single sink, separated from the rest of the suite by a pocket door. Adjacent for convenience is the walk-in closet.
