ReutersNEW DELHI: HDFC Bank(Rs. 4563.05 crore), Indian Renewable(Rs. 2476.38 crore), Jio Financial Servic(Rs. 1735.11 crore), ICICI Bank(Rs. 1647.04 crore), Indian Railway Fin(Rs. 1202.52 crore), Kotak Bank(Rs. 1160.20 crore), RIL(Rs. 1088.43 crore), Axis Bank(Rs. 971.10 crore), Tata Chemicals(Rs. 917.36 crore) and Vodafone Idea(Rs. 911.99 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange in Friday's session.
The NSE Nifty index ended the session 0.96 points down at 22513.7, while BSE Sensex rose 20.59 points to 74248.22.
In the Nifty index, Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.(up 2.06 per cent), SBI Life Insurance Company Ltd.(up 1.48 per cent), HDFC Bank Ltd.(up 1.44 per cent), Bajaj Finserv Ltd.(up 1.34 per cent) and ITC Ltd.(up 1.14 per cent) stood among the top gainers.
On the other hand, UltraTech Cement Ltd.(down 1.82 per cent), Grasim Industries Ltd.(down 1.77 per cent), Bajaj Auto Ltd.(down 1.50 per cent), Bajaj Finance Ltd.(down 1.48 per cent) and Larsen & Toubro Ltd.(down 1.45 per cent) were among the top losers of the day.
