Boston pushing for 15-20 mph citywide speed limit after pedestrian deaths

In the wake of two pedestrian fatalities, including the death of a 4-year-old girl, over the past week, the Boston City Council plans to explore a citywide reduction of the speed limit from 25 to 20 mph to enhance street safety.
