BMCC's Health Education Department and Student Affairs are hosting the Spring 2024 Couch to 5k.

The Steps Challenge will help you get ready for the 5K event on May 1 .

• From 4/3 to 4/29 you will track your steps.
• Compete for the most steps. Maximum of 30,000 steps per day.
• Allowed activities: pedometer and GPS tracked walks, runs and hikes, treadmill sessions, and guided workout sessions. No manually input activities.
