House select committee on China targets more biotechs 

A House select committee is requesting that the Department of Defense add more biotechnology companies to a list of “Chinese military companies.” The request was made in a March 29 letter to Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin and announced in a press release Monday.

Several companies identified by the House Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party as Chinese military companies told BioCentury the assertions about their affiliations with Chinese, and in one case Russian, entities are incorrect. ...
