Rotana’s Expansion: Eight New Properties Redefining Saudi Hospitality, Including Dar Rayhaan

Today, Rotana reveals the soft launch of Dar Rayhaan by Rotana, situated in Al Khobar, within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

This unveiling aligns perfectly with Rotana’s ambitious objective to introduce eight new properties within the Kingdom within the next four years, thereby expanding the total number of keys to 4,400 across 16 properties. Moreover, this addition elevates Rayhaan Hotels & Resorts’ key count to 2,080, distributed among six hotels currently operational. This achievement marks a substantial milestone for Rotana’s contemporary hospitality brand.

Situated just a brief 30-minute drive from King Fahd International Airport, Dar Rayhaan by Rotana presents 133 keys, comprising 113 rooms and 20 suites, meticulously designed for ultimate comfort. Each accommodation boasts contemporary furnishings and fittings, offering guests stunning city views.

The property features an array of versatile recreational facilities, including a refreshing outdoor pool, complimentary private parking, and a 24-hour gymnasium. Moreover, three well-appointed meeting rooms, equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual technology, cater to various events. One of these meeting rooms, tailored for business travelers, includes a spacious pre-function area and a dedicated lounge.

At Choices, the hotel’s all-day dining venue, guests indulge in a diverse array of local and international cuisines, catering to both regional and global palates. For a more relaxed atmosphere, The Lounge in the hotel lobby presents a delightful menu of hot and cold beverages, light bites, and indulgent desserts.

In addition to this opening, Rotana has several other properties in the Kingdom’s pipeline, including four “Edge by Rotana” and one “Rayhaan by Rotana” in Riyadh, “Al Manakha Rotana” in Madinah, and an “Edge by Rotana” in Al Baha, all slated to open by 2028.

Rotana’s impressive portfolio currently encompasses 19,576 keys and six distinct brands, with 2,316 keys distributed across nine hotels in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
