It was a high scoring match of IPL 17, where Sunrisers Hyderabad crushed Mumbai Indians and won the game by 31 runs at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad on Wednesday. Pat Cummins-led Sunrisers Hyderabad gave a huge target for Mumbai Indians to chase in Hyderabad, as they scored 277 runs and lost only 3 wickets. Mumbai Indians had to score 278 runs to win.

Both the openers Ishan Kishan (34) and Rohit Sharma (26) gave a good start to the innings and the momentum was kept alive by Naman Dhir (30) and Tilak Varma (64). But after Tilak Varma the run rate of Mumbai Indians dropped with Romario Shephard (15) and Tim David (42) tried to give a late push to the innings. Mumbai Indians could reach only 246/5 and lost the match by 31 runs. For Sunrisers Hyderabad, Jaidev Unadkat and Pat Cummins picked 2 wickets each, while Shahbaz Ahmed took one wicket.

Travis Head (63) and Abhishek Sharma (63) gave an explosive start to the innings of Sunrisers Hyderabad. Head completed his half century in 18 balls while Abhishek Sharma hit his half century in 16 balls. Heinrich Klassen (80*) and Aiden Markram (41*) led the Sunrisers Hyderabad to score the highest total in IPL history. Klassen scored his half century in just 23 deliveries.

In the video a visually impaired beggar in Assam’s Guwahati can be seen moving closer to a person sitting in a car and asking for alms. On having a closer look at the beggar it is observed that the beggar is wearing a QR code which is hanging in his neck. The man transfers Rs 10 to the beggar digitally through the PhonePe QR code.

The beggar brings his phone close to his ear to hear the notice that money has been placed in his account. The video was shared on X by a user Gaurav Somani. He wrote he had stumbled upon a remarkable scene in bustling Guwahati where a beggar seamlessly integrated digital transactions into his plea for help. He said the Phone Pe technology truly does not know any bounds.

He said this video is a testament to transcend barriers, even those of socio-economic status. He added that it is a thought provoking moment that speaks volumes about the evolving landscape of compassion and innovation. Somani said that people should ponder on this intriguing intersection of humanity and digital advancement.

One user said the man is visually blind and should be helped.

One user Prabal Banerjee said the beggar has transcended all the barriers of collection and the pain of counting and then travelling to the bank for deposit. He said money is being transferred directly to the beggar’s bank account.
