The Harbour Bar, located on the 41st floor of Four Seasons Hotel Dalian, is now open to the public, offering breathtaking views and a refined atmosphere. Guests can enjoy the ambiance of a vintage harbor tavern while savoring carefully selected spirits.
Inspired by modern taverns in bustling ports, Harbour Bar’s design blends deep blue and dark orange tones, creating a visually stunning space that exudes warmth and elegance. Guests are welcomed into a surreal atmosphere reminiscent of extravagant parties from the past. A striking suspended copper art installation above the entrance continues the design theme, blending romance and strength. Maritime elements such as compasses and sextants evoke adventure and freedom. Soft lighting enhances the cozy seating area, inviting guests to relax and enjoy their surroundings. The focal point of the bar is its selection of fine spirits from around the world, illuminated by soft strip lights.
The menu features a diverse array of spirits, with a particularly extensive selection of whiskies, guaranteeing something to suit every palate. Highly skilled mixologists craft cocktails that reflect the unique character of the harbor. Drawing inspiration from past maritime trade, the menu features innovative cocktails made with spirits from various countries, offering guests flavors from around the world. Classic cocktails such as the Daiquiri are also available. For those seeking non-alcoholic options, the “Torpedo Prohibition” series presents a variety of low-alcohol or alcohol-free beverages, complemented by exquisite snacks.
The bar is divided into three areas: the bar counter, lounge, and relaxation areas, spanning 168 square meters (1,800 square feet) and accommodating 57 guests. This includes a smoking section with 18 seats, making it an ideal destination for leisure, entertainment, and romantic evenings.
