Hannah Casperson, 25, of Brookfield, appears Wednesday in Waterbury Superior Court to be arraigned on a slew of charges after leading police on a pursuit from Waterbury to Monroe earlier this month following a previous crime spree. Casperson and Thomas Crawford, 31, were arrested earlier this month, but not before causing thousands of dollars in damages by breaking the windows of 41 cars in a Wolcott apartment complex, ramming Waterbury police cruisers and even damaging parking meters around the city, police said. Casperson is being held at York Correctional Institution in Niantic on $765,000 bond, which was increased by approximately $185,000 for the Waterbury court charges. Steven Valenti Republican-American
