Tell us more about the usage you will have from this PC.
And if you want absolute balls to the walls best then it would be ASUS ROG Maximus Z790 Hero. But most people dont need that.
For a more practical best with your specs fulfilled, I would pick MSI Z790 Tomahawk MAX WiFi or the ASUS ROG Strix Z790-F. Keep in mind with Asus ROG you are paying extra for ASUS brand name, with no major additional benefit.

Absolute balls to the walls would be the MSI Z790 Godlike. Nothing comes close.

I've heard bad things about gigabyte service and availability in Gujarat and Maharashtra, that's why skipped any GB suggestions.
