In the World Happiness Report, the bulk of the top places went to European countries.
This report is published by the United Nations Sustainable Development Solutions Network. It depends on facts from the Gallup World Poll, which is reviewed by some of the principal happiness scientists in global travel and tourism.
The positions signify the average outlook of life fulfilment in individual countries, identified as ‘subjective well-being.’
Finland tourism said that the country has managed to secure the top spot in spite of Denmark considerably closing the gap between first and second position.
On the flip side, Afghanistan, which last year ranked in the last position, plunged even more for average contentment. The US also witnessed a plunge in apparent superiority of life, plummeting out of the top twenty nations for the first time ever since the publishing of the report.
