Eleven people have been detained after an attack at a Moscow concert hall, the head of Russia’s Federal Security Service told President Vladimir Putin on Saturday, according to Russian state news agency Tass.
At least 115 people were killed in the attack according to Russia's Investigative Committee, citing preliminary data, and it also warned that the number of victims was expected to rise further.
