Three experienced professionals have formed a company called Abbington, which offers to bring the “client representative” role in property development to a higher level. The managing director is Brian Kehoe, formerly of Treasury Holdings, and I spoke with him about the services he is offering, and why they are different.

Mr Kehoe has vast experience in planning and delivering major development projects and worked as senior development manager with Treasury Holdings on schemes like Spencer Dock in Dublin, Battersea Power Station in London, and in locations from Bahrain to Russia.
