Boman Irani dons the director’s hat with 'The Mehta Boys'

Boman Irani ventures into a new chapter of his career as he is all set to wield the director’s baton with his directorial debut, 'The Mehta Boys', starring him along with, Avinash Tiwary, and Shreya Chaudhary. The actor has not only directed but has also co-written the screenplay alongside Oscar-winning writer Alex Dinelaris for this film.

‘The Mehta Boys’ explores the intricate dynamics of a tumultuous father-son relationship, unfolding over a tense 48-hour period, which this duo, at odds with each other, spend together.

The teaser which has garnered eyeballs already, gives a sneak peek into the film, and offers a glimpse into Boman's masterful portrayal of characters, capturing their essence with precision.

As a seasoned storyteller, Boman has showcased his talent for crafting compelling narratives, leaving audiences eagerly anticipating the release of this project.

With a career spanning over two decades, Irani, known for successful films like "Munna Bhai MBBS", "3 Idiots", and "Khosla Ka Ghosla", in which he essays pivotal characters, also serves as the producer on this project, which is backed by Irani Movietone LLP and Chalkboard Entertainment LLP.
