The U.S. Supreme Court decision regarding the Colorado Supreme Court’s effort to remove Donald Trump from that state’s presidential ballot was proper, not because Trump is the candidate but because it was a proper resolution regarding candidates being allowed to access a political position in the federal government.

Colorado wanted to exercise a power that violates the Constitution. SCOTUS acted within its rights and responsibilities that Section 3 of the Constitution specified.
