Competition watchdog starts court proceedings against two alarm firms
The move follows searches carried out in ‘dawn raids’ on businesses in the Dublin area

The competition watchdog has launched High Court proceedings against two companies in the home-alarm industry.
The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) took the cases against Phonewatch and Homesecure, which are both owned by the Norwegian giant Sector Alarm.
