Ghazal Alagh, co-founder of Mamaearth shared about a memorable experience she had while flying with cricket legend Kapil Dev. During their conversation Alagh learnt 3 valuable lessons from the former India captain. She found the lessons to be very insightful. She took to X and posted a picture with the legendary cricketer during the flight.
She wrote that she shared a 2 hour flight and the lessons she learnt from Kapil Dev are invaluable. He said one should not play to win but should play for passion. He said that one should focus on their children’s character and not their scores. He added that challenges should be treated as an adventure and not as problems.
Alagh revealed that she even found out that both of them are from the same hometown, Chandigarh and went to the same school DAV15 for schooling. She said the flight turned out to be a great learning experience for her and she was grateful that she met the legend.

RCB Unbox 2024: Rashmika Mandanna hints of team name change ahead of IPL, video goes viral

Regarding the much-anticipated RCB Unbox in Bengaluru on March 19, there is a lot of speculation. The rumors seem to be genuine, despite some sources indicating that the franchise’s name may be changed. In a video, a big hint about it was given by actor Rashmika Mandhana, who is a RCB supporter, made a strong indication and nearly confirmed it.
As Rashmika enters the apparent make-up van in the video, she reads Royal Challengers Bangalore inscribed on the mirror. When the Pushpa actor notices it, she approaches closely and takes Bangalore out of Royal Challengers, giving the audience a clear indication of what to expect.
As soon as the video was posted online, it quickly went viral and it left social media users into splits. A user said, this name change is not required. Another said this is disappointing. A third user tagged the official social media handle of RCB and wrote what are you doging and added heart break emojis to it.
Meanwhile, yesterday, RCB as a franchise won the title for the first time in 17 years and as RCB-W lifted the trophy in 2nd year. Womens Premier League began in 2023. In the match on Sunday against the Delhi Capitals, Smriti Mandhana-led RCB won the trophy. The game was won by RCB by eight wickets. Soon after the win, Virat Kohli made a video call to Mandhana to congratulate her and the entire team.

Elvish Yadav admits to arranging snake venom at rave parties
Elvish Yadav was taken into custody by the Noida Police on Sunday, March 17.

YouTuber and Big Boss OTT winner and Elvish Yadav has confesses today to the police that he ordered snakes and snake venom for the rave parties, according to the sources.
The 26-year-old YouTuber further admitted that, during a party in Noida in November of last year, he had met every accused person who had been taken into custody by the police in relation to the usage of snake venom as a recreational drug.
Yadav was taken into custody by the Noida Police earlier on Sunday, March 17, as part of their investigation. He was later brought before a judge, who sentenced him to 14 days in judicial custody.
Notably, a FIR filed at Noida’s Sector 49 police station mentioned Yadav among its six suspects. The other five accused, who were recognised as snake charmers, were taken into custody in November but are now out on bail.
Police said that the complaint was filed under the Wildlife Protection Act of 1972, Indian Penal Code sections 120B (participant in criminal conspiracy), 284 (negligent conduct with poison that endangers human safety), and 289 (negligent conduct concerning animals).
The case was further improved with charges under the severe section 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act. The forensic findings from earlier verified that the party’s samples contained snake venom.
It is also said that Elvish Yadav used snakes during his video shoots. According to the officials, he had earlier admitted to the police that Bollywood singer Fazilpuria was responsible for the snakes in his video.
An NGO filed a complaint when one of its members set a trap and called Yadav regarding snake venom, which prompted the raid. According to authorities, the NGO member was provided with a phone number that directed him to the five suspects.
However, Yadav has denied any participation in the case.

A Google engineer has now claimed that an Uber driver in Bengaluru abused him and threatened to throw him out of the cab. He took to X and posted the cab’s registration number and confirmed the identity of the cab driver. He wrote that he was sharing his first bad experience in Bengaluru.

One social media user Abhishek recounted his own experience when he had boarded an Uber 5 in the morning and that guy was on call with his buddy for the entire trip.
Another user Saurabh Srivastava said he does not understand with whom these people keep on talking on their phones.
One user Ansar Ahmed said this happens to him during every single ride from airport to Marathali . He joked that a petition must be filed to stop unlimited calling.
One social media user Ajay Singh said nothing happens on these kind of complaints. He said he was threatened by a cab driver. He complained to Uber and asked them what had Uber done against the driver. Uber’s response was that it is confidential and they could not share details about the same. He said there was zero transparency in their processes.
