Follow the green beer road: St Patrick’s Day parties in the Vail Valley
Check out the green beer and other specials going on for St. Patrick's Day

Although we don’t turn the Gore Creek green like they do to the Chicago River in the Windy City or host a big parade like they do in Boston, you can still find the Irish spirit at many bars and restaurants throughout the Vail Valley on St. Patrick’s Day on Sunday. Look for skiers and snowboarders dressed in green accents and costumes on the slopes and listen for a cheerful “top o’ the mornin’ to ya” greeting today. Check out what’s shaking on this holiday people celebrate whether they are Irish or not. There are plenty of places serving green beer, specialty drinks and cuisine like corned beef and cabbage and Irish stew. This is a partial list, so if you don’t see your favorite establishment contact them to see if they are doing anything special.
