New Riff Distilling expands to new US markets

Kentucky brand New Riff Distilling’s bourbons and ryes are now available in four new US markets. The addition of Louisiana, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia expands the distillery’s reach to 31 US markets.

The expansion comes after February’s announcement that Rawnica Dillingham had joined New Riff as chief sales officer, overseeing growth and market expansion.

Expressions from New Riff coming to the new markets will include Bottled in Bond Bourbon, Bottled in Bond Rye, 6 Years Old 100% Malted Rye Whiskey, Single Barrel Bourbon, and Single Barrel Rye.

New Riff president Mollie Lewis said: “New Riff Distilling is excited about reaching new customers in these markets and the opportunities that will follow. As we continue to serve our customers and foster growth, we look for strong partnerships in our distributors. By working together, we are on the path for success in growing New Riff’s name in the whiskey space.”

2024 is set to be a significant year for New Riff, as the distillery’s 10th anniversary year. In January, Brian Sprance was named New Riff’s first master distiller, following the news that founder Ken Lewis would be stepping down. Lewis announced his intention to retire in an interview with American Whiskey Magazine in 2023.
