Mukhtar Ansari's advocate Shrinath Tripathi told in a conversation with ABP Live that - mp mla court of varanasi has found Mukhtar Ansari guilty in the Arms Act case and sentenced him to life imprisonment in 466/120 B, 7 years in 420/120 and 468. He has been sentenced to 7 years under Section 120 and 6 months under Arms Act. Apart from this, a total fine of Rs 2 lakh 2 thousand has also been fixed. This order has been given by Judge Avinash gautam in mp mla court of Varanasi.

No criminal history while getting fake license - Advocate

Apart from this, advocate Srinath Tripathi said that when this case was registered, Mukhtar Ansari was 20 to 22 years old. Apart from this, he had no criminal record nor any political background. In such a situation, an appeal was made to the court to provide relief to his client Mukhtar Ansari. When a question was asked about Mukhtar Ansari's behavior during the hearing, he said that both today and yesterday he was connected through video conferencing and he clearly said that only our advocates will present their views before the court on our behalf.
