Neither in the country nor a chateau, this derelict 151-unit apartment complex at 6200 Colonel Glenn shut down in 2023 after chronic complaints about roaches, gas leaks, mold and crime.

Apex Big Chateau AR LLC defaulted on the loan, triggering foreclosure proceedings by the mortgage holder. The group owed $5,423,654.32 in principal, interest, fines and fees on the property as of February of 2023.
Sotheby’s this ain’t. The property goes up for public auction at the Pulaski County Courthouse at noon on Thursday, March 14.
