After Leandro Trossard cancelled out Porto's first-leg lead with a first-half strike, the Gunners could not find a winner and the match eventually went to penalties.

David Raya was the hero as he saved Galeno's effort to send Mikel Arteta's men through and send the Emirates into a frenzy but not everyone was impressed.

Speaking on talkSPORT, Murphy insisted that Arsenal looked nervous in the Champions League.

"I do think the game showed imbalance," the former Liverpool star said.

"A few of their players looked more nervy last night than any of the Premier League games.
