Share price of DLF falls as Nifty strengthens

The stock hit a high price of Rs 913.85 and low of Rs 869.45 during the session.

The return on equity (ROE) for the stock stood at 5.4 per cent. Traded volume on the counter stood at 02:00PM shares and turnover at Rs 6.69 crore around that time.

The stock of DLF Ltd. quoted a 52-week high and 52-week low prices of Rs 944.0 and Rs 336.55, respectively.

The Beta value of the counter, which measures its volatility in relation to the broader market, stood at 1.85.

Promoters held 74.08 per cent stake in the company as of 31-Dec-2023, while foreign investors held 15.75 per cent and domestic institutional investors had 5.46 per cent.

Key Financials
The company reported consolidated sales of Rs 1643.51 crore for the quarter ended 31-Dec-2023, up 11.32 per cent from previous quarter's Rs 1476.42 crore and up 5.38 per cent from the year-ago quarter's Rs 1559.66 crore.

Net profit after tax for the latest quarter stood at Rs 656.61 crore, up 26.46 per cent from the same quarter a year ago.
