Fire crews respond to apartment fire across from Moore Square in downtown Raleigh

A fire truck crashed while en route to a fire in downtown Raleigh on Monday night.
The Raleigh Fire Department responded to a fire around 10 p.m. at the intersection of Blount and Martin streets.
The fire was at an apartment building across from Moore Square.
Video from the WRAL Breaking News Tracker shows a firetruck using a ladder to reach the fourth floor of the apartment. People inside the building watched the response, meaning residents were not evacuated.
A few blocks away, a fire truck crashed at the intersection of North Person Street and East Edenton Street, nearly half a mile away from the fire.
No one was injured in the crash.
The Fire Department did not provide information on the fire at the time of the crash.
