Billie Eilish and Finneas O’Connell made Oscar history this year, becoming the two youngest two-time winners in Academy Awards history and picking up the trophy for “What Was I Made For?,” their contribution to the Barbie soundtrack. Greta Gerwig’s blockbuster received nine total Oscar nominations this year, including two for Best Song (while “I’m Just Ken” didn’t win the award, we certainly felt the Kenergy during Ryan Gosling’s showstopping performance at the ceremony).
If you want to relive the Ken-tastic magic, or just dance the night away, Barbie: The Album, which includes “What Was I Made For?” and “I’m Just Ken”, is available to purchase now on digital, CD, and even audio cassette on Amazon. While the Barbie soundtrack is available for fans to stream online, you can also buy the complete album on vinyl — Barbie The Album comes as a standard pink LP on Amazon for $26.99. The album features songs including “Dance the Night,” Charli XCX’s “Speed Drive,” plus Eilish’s Oscar-winning ballad “What Was I Made for?”.
“I had a nightmare about this last night,” Eilish said during her Oscars acceptance speech on Sunday for Best Original Song. “I just didn’t think this would happen. I wasn’t expecting this. I feel so incredibly lucky and honored.”

“I don’t read a lot of scripts, but it was just everything I want in a movie,” Barbie The Album producer Mark Ronson previously told Rolling Stone. “I was like, ‘If I don’t get this gig, this is gonna be my favorite movie of the year.'”
Want a more exclusive version of Barbie the Album? While an Amazon-exclusive variant of the CD (it comes with a Barbie poster!) is selling out fast, you can still buy the “Best Weekend Ever Edition” of Barbie The Album. This deluxe edition of the CD comes with a Bonus Art Card that reads “Music Connects People”, and two bonus tracks, including Ryan Gosling’s cover of “Push” from the film and
“Closer to Fine” by Brandi and Catherine Carlile.

Besides the bonus tracks, the album’s tracklist is also stacked with songs by Lizzo, Dua Lipa, Nicki Minaj & Ice Spice, Charli XCX, Karol G, Sam Smith, PinkPantheress, Ava Max, Dominic Fike, Khalid, The Kid Laroi, Tame Impala, Haim, Gayle and Fifty Fifty FIFTY (feat. Kali).
Record club Vinyl Me Please, a vinyl subscription service, have also released Barbie The Album (VMP Designer Edition) and Barbie The Album (VMP Kendom Edition) online, a limited-edition record set that you won’t find anywhere else in the real world (or Barbie Land).

Expected to ship in March 2024, the two exclusive pressings of the Barbie soundtrack are now available to preorder on VinylMePlease.com at $160 each (or $140 each for VMP members). The Designer Edition features a “Sunsational Pink” vinyl record, while the Kendom Edition gets its own design spin, pressed on “I’m Just Ken” black vinyl.
