Bulk deals: IndiGo co-founder Rakesh Gangwal sells shares worth Rs 6,785 cr in Interglobe Aviation

Rakesh Gangwal, co-founder of IndiGo operator Interglobe Aviation, sold 2.25 crore equity shares, or 5.82 percent stake, at an average price of Rs 3,015.88 in the company on March 11.

Gangwal, who held 11.72 percent stake in Interglobe Aviation as of December 2023, sold Rs 6,785.73 crore worth of shares in the company.

Morgan Stanley Asia (Singapore ) PTE picked up 21 lakh shares, a 0.54 percent stake at Rs 3015.1 per share.

Shares of Interglobe Aviation surged 3.52 percent to Rs 3,215.1 on the NSE.

In Praveg Ltd, Promoter Patel Ashaben Vishnukumar sold 7 lakh shares or 2.85 percent stake at an average price of Rs 850.51. Goldman Sachs India Equity Portfolio picked up 5.34 lakh shares, which is a 2.17 percent stake at Rs 850 per share.

Praveg Ltd stock gained 2.07 percent to Rs 921.65 on the BSE.

In Medico Remedies, Chanakya Opportunities Fund I bought 4.4 lakh shares, or 0.53 percent stake, at an average price of Rs 84.6.

Shares of Medico Remedies fell 1.06 percent to Rs 83.95 on the NSE.

In Evans Electric, NAV Capital Emerging Star Fund acquired 15,000 share, equivalent to 0.54 percent stake, at an average price of 275.09.

Evans Electric stock rose 4.99 percent to Rs 275.4 on the BSE.

In Markolines Pavement Technologies, Quantum Growth Partners LLP bought 96,000 shares, or a 0.50 percent stake, at an average price of Rs 141.99. Investor Prakash Pai Perjae picked up 1.16 lakh shares, equivalent to 0.60 percent stake at Rs 142 per share.

Shares of Markolines Pavement Technologies fell 1.01 percent to Rs 142 on the BSE.
