WTB USB C Earphone or Wired Earphone+USB C DAC

Hello everyone. A friend of mine wants to buy an earphone exclusively for podcasts, TV shows and movies. He'll use it heavily for voice calls as well so a great mic (not expecting too much) would be helpful. 1000 +/- 100 is his budget. He has some boat TWS but due to long calls and usage, the battery is bad. Any suggestions or offers, please let me know. Comfort>Mic>Sound is his preference. Not so much music as he's got something else for that.
