Hello guys, i'm looking for a gpu that can run 1 x 4k 120hz (HDMI 2.1) and 1 x 1440p 144hz (DP) displays at the same time without any kind of compression.

it will only be for videos watching and desktop use.. no gaming.. no editing workloads! need the cheapest possible option as im short on cash.

Thanks in advance

Used RX6400 for an existing rig, costs under 10k. AMD's RX 6000 & newer & Nvidia RTX 30 series & newer have what you need. Heck many current gen CPU iGPUs support those as well. You don't need a lot of horsepower to do non-gaming or non-productivity tasks. Older GPUs just lack the HDMI 2.1, have DP 1.4 though.

4K 120Hz is a TV, so unless gaming, 120Hz doesn't help much for a TV.

I know some of these gpu's can handle 4k120 but can they do it at the same time with a 1440p 144hz display? I have 2 monitors.. i know for desktop use 120hz is a overkill but i like everything to be as smooth as possible, i would like to spend as low as possible but budget can be stretched.. i just want a gpu that can run both displays comfortably for desktop use.

IMO yes, it's less demanding. The iGPUs can do it now. Maybe search online with "... reddit" at the end. You can confirm it yourself, someone will have done it. Usually iGPUs & cheap GPUs support 2 monitors only, rare cases 3. IMO its not demanding, just that they cut costs where possible. My 3070 has 4 display output support, for reference.

How about Intel Arc 3xx series? Anyone looked at that as an option? I think it's 6GB ?
