Thomas Frank has hit out at the officials after Kai Havertz escaped a second yellow card for a 'clear dive' before his winning goal.

The 24-year-old was the key man during the Premier League clash between Arsenal and Brentford as he popped up late on to earn a 2-1 victory for the Gunners.

According to the Brentford boss, Havertz, who was booked in the first half, should have been ejected long before he had the opportunity to be the match-winner.

He was involved in a big moment during the game when he went down in the penalty area under a challenge from Mads Roerslev midway through the second half.

While Havertz wasn't awarded a penalty, he did manage to escape a second yellow, much to Frank's annoyance.

Voicing his frustration, he told Sky Sports: "I think that Havertz shouldn't be on the pitch when he scored the goal.
